When I try to verify my organization by clicking the “Verify Organization” button, I’m redirected to a page on w i t h p e r s o n a . c o m that says:
Session expired
Please restart this process or request a new link to continue.
Previously, I was able to successfully verify my identity and face, and even received a “verified” message on my mobile phone.
To this day, the same problem persists, and I can’t find a solution. @OpenAI_Support
similar issue to me, me and others weren’t able to verify our organization… last gen iphone and android weren’t able to, but i can’t remember what error we got, we just gave up on it
@OpenAI_Support could you guys take a look at this by any chance?
Maybe it takes just longer for the verification process? I have the same issue, received the success checkbox on my phone 6h ago, but still nothing, and can’t generate a new link.
I had a reply from OpenAi, and i quote
“In this case, your verification was successfully completed on the Persona side, but the confirmation didn’t fully sync back to your OpenAI account. This is a known issue that can occasionally occur when the verification callback from Persona doesn’t register correctly in our system.
Our team is aware of this behavior and is currently reviewing affected cases to ensure verified users are properly recognized. I’ve added your account to the active investigation so your status can be checked and corrected once the synchronization fix is applied.
You don’t need to retry verification at this point; we’ll notify you as soon as your account reflects as verified.”
