I verified myself with Persona and was told it was successful weeks ago. I can’t access most model because I’m told I need to verify. When I click the link to try again it says my Session is expired. So basically I cant use anything I am paying for, please help!
And refreshing the link just gives me the same link, not a new one.
Have you contacted open ai to see if it is an issue on their side.

I’m hitting the same thing. I emailed support but haven’t heard back. In the interim, trying to run some experiments on a peer’s organization.

Thanks so much! My org shows verified now, but I still cant select all the cool models on the dashboard? Everything except GPT-5-nano says “Verify Organization to use”

Hi @OpenAI_Support, thank you for the update! My organisation account now does show “Organisation verified”. However, I still don’t have access to the GPT‑5 model. Please see the attached screenshots. Could you please help me look into this?
