When I try to verify my organization by clicking “Verify Organization“ button, I’m redirected to a page in withpersona.com that says:
Organization could not be verified
We were unable to verify your organization at this time
Previously, I was able to verify my ID and my face successfully and even get the message of “success verified” on my mobile, but after that, the process stopped.
Any idea how I can regenerate the link or talk to a human support person to fix it? The bot is useless. @OpenAI_Support
Has it worked out in the meantime? They write online that after successful verification, this should actually be displayed after 30 minutes.
However, there are also various reasons why verification may fail - among other things, because the organization might not be eligible.
At the moment, retries do not seem to be possible, meaning that after failing the verification the protected models can no longer be used and you are limited to the old models. They write about it here.
I just found out about this forced verification myself after losing access to GPT-5 Thinking without verifying myself.
