I have attempted to verify my organization with Persona, yet during the verification process it seems an issue has been caused and Persona cannot successfully verify me:
I have attempted to contact OpenAI support numerous times but simply getting a bot response back, could anyone notify the OpenAI team on this issue, as it seems theyāre application is bugged?
Iāve been facing the same issue. I havenāt seen any answer from OpenAI so I think we are supposed to create a new account (if thatās allowed ?) or to accept our fate. I hope Iām wrong but this is a known issue apparently. I still have hope !
Our organization is currently using OpenAI for our projects, and weāve recently been trying out GPT-5.0. After completing the face recognition step, we encountered an āexpired linkā error.
Could anyone please advise if thereās a way to generate a new verification link? Has been a month after our first attempts.
Also experiencing this problem here. It seems like the modal dialog should be populated by a URL that includes a unique inquiry ID, but for me the url is always āhxxps://withpersona.com/verify?inquiry-id=undefinedā (fix link to permit posting in message here)

Thanks all for reporting this. The team is currently making improvements to the verification flow. This can take a little time to fully roll out, but once the updates are live, you should be able to retry the verification and complete the process without issues!
@OpenAI_Support Hi there, Iām also experiencing some verification issue. My case is that I completed the verification process via Persona yesterday, but OpenAIās playground still shows my account as ānot verifiedā right now. Iāve already tried logging out and back in, creating a new API key, and refreshing the tab, but the issue persists.
I am also facing this issue. I successfully completed the verification process with persona, but the āVerify Organizationā button is still active in platform settings. If I attempt to verify again I see an expired session page. I have tried waiting, logging in and out and adding other members to see if they could verify, but the persona link shows the inquiry-id as undefined. Can we please have an update on how this issue is going to be solved? Thanks.

However, when I attempt to re-verify, the Persona link still doesnāt generate a new one.
I am responsible for deploying OpenAI models at a mid-sized research institute (~150 people) in Germany, where we are trying to set up an initial test service and define compliance rules.
Like several others here, I am currently stuck in the verification process: ID and live photo verification were successful, but the account still is not validated. I also received the message āWe recently fixed an issue affecting verification. Please try verifying your organization again.ā, but the problem persists (session expired) even after trying the usual suggestions (login-logout, other browser, clear cache, generate new API-key etc.). Generating a new link for verification does not work.
