Organizantion Verification Issue

Hi everyone,
I’m running into an issue while trying to verify organization, and I’d really appreciate any help or insights.

Here’s what happened:

  • I was prompted to verify my Organization.

  • I clicked the verification button, and it asked me to choose a payment method and set it as the default.

  • I selected my card, and $5 was immediately charged.

:backhand_index_pointing_right: The issues:

  • I did not receive any credits in return.

  • I only received a message saying:
    “Verify organization”
    “We were unable to verify your organization at this time.”

  • I waited more than 2 hours, but the issue remains.

  • I also tried creating a new API key – no success.

  • There were no further instructions or prompts (such as ID verification), even though the docs mention it might be required.

So right now:

  • I’ve been charged $5,

  • And my organization isnt verified..

Hello! The team is currently making improvements to the verification flow. This can take a little time to fully roll out, but once the updates are live, you should be able to retry the verification and complete the process without issues.
