I absolutely agree with you. But, I think what everybody is trying to tell you is that getting upset isn’t going to change anything – except give you a headache. If there is something someone in this forum can help you with, then try to explain the issue and I guarantee you someone who can help you will try to help you.
If it’s an issue that only OpenAI staff can resolve, you, and I, and most of the people on this platform have no choice but to wait until someone gets back to us.
Does it suck. Yes. But it’s just the way it is right now.
