Verification issue on second attempt

Even though the current docs state access check via the Limits or Playground tab, it still requires verification.

The verification link is broken - it cannot be regenerated to start a new process.

I understand you started the verification, didn’t finish it and now can’t verify at all?

Is that correct or did the link not work for you in the first place?

It failed for me after uploading my government issued ID. It’s weird why the ID was rejected in the first place.

I want to restart with a different ID but the link is now expired.

same thing happened to me. The link doesn’t refresh and keeps providing you with the same link. I did find a temporary workaround to get a new link. I added another email address which I own as a owner to the open ai account and then used that email log in to verify the organization. A new link was generated and I went through the process again.

However..
I keep getting error message that we were unabel to verify your identity and contact support. . I tried 10x times and I keep getting the error could not verify your identity

Same issue. I even can’t do verification, just shows unable to verify.

UPDATE:
If it’s so hard to enable personal (non-company) users to access models, i just want my money back (refund) so i use other provider.

Yes, no same quality or response but i would like to use model whenever i’d want or can.

Happened to me as well, the service they use for verification is very buggy but they choose to trust it than having a human intervene and actual handle the process.

Same here, any news? i need to verify that in order to move on. i have been trying for two days and no progress

I suggest we all go to Azure, I think they have working verification.
