Same thing here: Streaming works for o4-mini, but the same error “must be verified” for o3. That is despite not calling for the reasoning summary. This is pretty low-class, as there is no justification of why this mode has any higher risk.

Don’t even try to verify the organization. You can try it exactly one time per account and the service they use is not going to recognize your face. I got the impression they use this verification impossible hoop to limit people using that model, either it has bigger issues or something else.

I have raised the verification loop issue with OpenAI, I tried the verification myself over the weekend and it worked for me, so it does seem to be working for some at least.
