Unable to remove a Word Doc added to the Knowledge for Custom GPT

Happy Holidays!
Working on my first detailed custom ChatGPT. Moving along nicely and to test I added a sample document. Granted I added it during an update and not as a specific document for the “Knowledge” section.
Now I want to remove that test document. There is not option to delete nor a trash can icon.
What am I missing and I am sure it is BDU error (brain dead user - me!).
