I’m having trouble with uploaded files in the knowledge base. My custom GPT isn’t retrieving any information from those documents or answering questions based on them. It only works when I manually attach the file in the chat. Is there a fix for this? I’m uploading files in pdf format and already tried epub, txt, csv
I have the same problem. The GPTs I have created do not read the documents. Before March 11, they read them perfectly. Now, I only get an error. The documents can be read in the normal chat outside of the GPT.

Have you confirmed the files are still in the knowledge section of the GPT builder?
All my knowledge files have actually disappeared (ie. been deleted without my permission).
So, like you, I’m not getting any presence of those files in the GPT.

I discovered that restoring an earlier version restores the files to Knowledge.
