Platform email confirmation not working

+1. I’m just glad to know it’s not just me. I’m trying to use the Playground but locked out when trying to use AppleID to log in. No verification email delivered.

Locked out of platform_openai_com. Other pages, incl. chat_openai_com, using Sign-In with Apple work fine.

Unfortunately I got an email today from the same address that confirmed they were escalating the problem, to check if the problem was resolved and that they want to close the ticket :smiling_face_with_tear: . Maintaining contact with OpenAI is the perfect example why Artificial Intelligence is helpful but still has a very long way to go when problems are a bit more difficult. If anyone here has a phonenumber from OpenAI or an email address of a real person at OpenAI that would be helpful?

Also I still have hopes that this was an automated response and the issue is actually being investigated by the techteam at OpenAI
.

It is deeply concerning that this issue has been reported by numerous individuals yet remains unresolved.

First thing to do after successful login is to create Admin API Key

Same issue here. I have received numerous responses from support… who have now asked three times for me to “recreate” the issue by screen shots, screen recordings, and HAR. Likely not a human sending this — or if it is they are just trying to delay. It’s a simple - known issue. Verification emails are not sending from OpemAI to private relay emails from Apple, and there is no way to change your email address (even with successful 2-factor authentication). And this issue only applies to Platform.Openai, not to ChatGPT. Ridiculous that the people who they are screwing over with this are likely programmers and businesses using the API to develop tools based on ChatGPT and pay them more money. Perhaps we will all switch to Claude before they figure it out, as I have done for one project.

How is this a solution when the problem is still present?

Accounts using Sign in with Apple should not require verification beyond what Apple already provides to the developer, and I’m sure my account is on good standing.
