Same here. Used AppleID for Auth and no verification e-mail arrived.

Same here, no access since 2 weeks.
Added credits and a credit card, boom, lost access via my AppleID.
Support did not reply since then.
This must be fixed immediately …
Being forwarded to https://platform.openai.com/onboarding?next=%2Fdocs%2Foverview and asked to verify via my iCloud address.

Same issue here with Apple sign-on, unfortunately.
Here’s to hoping that this gets more visibility, the support bot isn’t able to help on this.
Any hints on why this is happening? is there a filter on their servers that preventing it to send email to us if the registered email is contains symbols on the email or on certain domain?
