Me too. I have paid 20$ per month for more than 8 months. And from yesterday what I can only get is “Something went wrong”.

me too. Сhrome says “Something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.” In another browser, it says when logging in, “We encountered a problem when logging in, please take a break and try again soon.”

Same here. Unable to use since 8am GMT. Plus user as well. Status page states “No downtime recorded on this day.”

And the same here. Paid user, have tried to get any response from GPT for last 5 hrs. Get only “something went wrong. If this issue persists please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.”

Yes me too. I can’t access ChatGPT Plus via Edge(maybe all chromium), but Firefox works well.
Then I checked the DevTools and found 403 Forbidden.

I identified that the Decryption Profile I was testing with did NOT have TLS1.3 allowed (Max was TLS1.2). Set Max to TLS1.3 and now Chromium-based browsers seem to work without issue

I just downloaded firefox and it doesnt even load the page for chatgpt lol. Chrome loads the page but gives the typical error message when you send a prompt. The only thing that works is on mobile! If you have chatgpt on iphone use that for now! I have no idea what openai is doing right now, i never have seen chatgpt down for this long… I get it though, its a DDOS attack, people suck.
-edit, firefox just started working randomly!

I get this problem on Chrome (version 119.0.6045.106) in Windows and Ubuntu, however, at least for me, MS Edge works ok in Windows. Haven’t tried edge in Ubuntu.
What I can say, is that I have an another ubuntu machine with Chrome (version 119.0.6045.105), and Chat GPT works on this machine.
It is possible that the problem is in Chrome XXXX.106.

try firefox or iphone app guys, using em right now, they do go offline a bit but chrome has been dead for me for hours!
