I can’t access platform.openai.com anymore. Everytime I try to login I receive an email confirmation message. It is send to my icloud, but not received on my icloud. I do however receive similar email from other accounts GitHub, etc. So I assume there must be something wrong with the email being send. Please help, because I can’t reach the payment details and API account limits, or set up new API models and I need to test a Whisper call today with my current account.
I’m having the same issue. I’m anxious about being flagged or something. I don’t think I did anything wrong, but right before it happened on my macOS desktop app, I had a beta feature for integrating VS Code, Terminal, Text Edit, and iTerm2; I don’t know if this is related.
I’m having the same issue, for days I’ve been locked out.
Chatgpt login works which if it happened on that account I’d understand but not platform.openai. If you have a developer platform with multiple projects tied to finances, this shouldn’t be happening.
Over email verification too, can’t we get help on this. There’s no alternative, no support, just nothing at this point
+1 I am having the issue, that password verification mails do not make it to xxxx[at]privaterelay.apple.id while marketing mails work flawlessly, that is very frustrating. I tried to reach support multiple times since Friday last week, no responses there - messages are “Not seen yet”. Does anybody know, from which address the verification emails originate? With that information Apple support might help.
I think it may be related to the fact that I used Apple Account to sign-in, and therefore my OpenAI email is in privaterelay.icloud.com domain. As far as I can tell, there were problems with such emails in the past.
I have the same problem with iCloud with my own custom domain, I cannot receive the confirmation email on it.
Any help? Can we official support to look into our case?
