I’ve been trying to verify my organization for 24 hours now. However, it keeps failling when I try to upload my ID photo to the .withpersona link. I’ve tried multiple browser, clear cached, different ID type, still the same error.
Is there an explanation to it? Is the verification process paused to better control the incoming traffic due to the new image model?
Location: I am in Canada.

Also right now another two friends verified without any issue..
If you use VPN, turn off it but I’m not sure if it affects
Nope, no VPN activated. Still failling. Even tried by creating a new account with another gmail account. Still not working…
Only variation I have is that I have a french number while living in Canada. However, I dont think such should cause any issue here? Isn’t there another issue to validate an organization? Very frustrating as I’ve been an open AI customer for years now..
All good. It was actually due to the lock-down mode set up on my iphone..
