Went to use the gpt-5 model and api tells me to verify my organization. Get sent to withpersona on my phone. Take pictures of my drivers license, and then took selfies. Repeated the selfies 3 times before withpersona gave up and told me to contact support.
The page saying to contact support doesn’t say how to do that. I’m not sure what I’m supposed to do. I’m guessing this is a bug because I believe I am not supposed to be filtered out like this. I’m a real person trying to pay for a product.

Unfortunately, at this time, we’re not able to manually restart or override failed Persona verification sessions. If the process wasn’t completed successfully, access to models that require verification, including GPT-5, may remain restricted.
But I just checked and my org is verified. I’m guessing someone at withpersona intervened.
