My ChatGPT Plus is not working: can't recognize PDFs or images

Hello,
For the past 2 days, I’ve been experiencing an issue with my ChatGPT Plus account. My model is no longer able to recognize or read PDF files or images. When I try to upload a PDF, I receive a message saying that it doesn’t have the capability to do so, stating that it has never been able to process these types of files. However, it used to be able to read and process both PDFs and images without any issues.

This is a recent issue, as these features were working perfectly fine before. I’ve tried multiple times at different moments, but the issue persists.

So far, I haven’t received any response from support, and I would appreciate urgent assistance in resolving this problem.

I have a plus account and the same thing is happening, does anyone know what’s going on or how to fix it?

Same here. It is just blind to any pdf files I upload, but this problem started only today 28th of November

The same problem, but in anther account (It’s not chatgpt plus) i can upload PDF and Chatgpt can read it. I don’t know why.

I have a Plus account too, and neither the 4o nor the 4 are working. It’s so frustrating.

Plus rien ne fonctionne et ça dure depuis plusieurs jours.
Impossible de faire analyser un document, des réponses incomplètes ou totalement délirantes. Que se passe-t-il ???

Same problem here. I’m maying the plus subscription and it doesn’t work. :-/ If they don’t fix it I’ll downgrade my account.

I am having the same issue and it’s very frustrating. OpenAI should refund all the ChatGPT Plus users and apologize in writing!

i have the same issue when i upload images it now does not analyse them as they did a few days ago. i get " i can not make images. please use image tools" even though i have the plus plan… so annoying
