I recently upgraded to ChatGPT Plus, hoping to access the enhanced features, including image and file analysis. However, I’ve encountered an issue where I am unable to analyze images and documents, despite purchasing the upgraded version. I’ve had the same issue and found a possible solution. I noticed that when I send images and get the response that it can’t perform the analysis, if I switch to voice mode and ask the same question, it works just fine. I hope this helps others as well!
Same Issue I am also facing from Nov 29. I have reported the same but I am not getting any response from them it’s been 2days now

Is the OpenAI team really addressing this issue, or is it intentional to reduce users? The key point is that paid users are also experiencing this problem, which is truly baffling.

I can’t understand why I can’t use “load files, generate images, search the web” with a paid GPT account, but other people can do all these things with a free new account, I’m going crazy!
Same issue even web search option is also not working and customer support is way too bad. I think ChatGpt is unable to manage users requests now or they are planning to increase subscription fee.
on X (twitter) same complains… openai does not even response… shame. if the dont fix it soon they wil lose a lot of costumers…
