My ChatGPT Plus is not working: can't recognize PDFs or images

same issue for my Plus account,really bothers me,desperate for a solution.

I have the same issue as well for some reason it doesn’t want to read pdfs and now it cant access the internet and cant create images all of a sudden.

I have been in contact with Support regarding the problems that we are having, I think if everybody that is having the same problem contacted Support they might start to believe that there is a issue with ChatGTP

I tried firefox, edge and chrome, will not work on those platforms, I have emailed their support and reported the issues, maybe if enough people email them they might address the issue. Good luck

I have also experienced this for a long time and have been in contact with OpenAI’s support department. At first, I thought it was a bug, but from the official response, I have a very bad feeling that this is not a bug, but a limitation, and I hope this feeling is wrong. I have been supporting Plus membership for a long time and hope to resume using it as soon as possible, otherwise I will have to consider other products…

Could you tell me how to contact support? because I did contact them using OpenAI help center. Yet they kept my messages unread. I’ve been trying since Friday!
