How to Contact Support if I Can't Log In

As of 1 minute ago, I could not log into my account.
So, I sent this email to support:

Hi OpenAI Team,

I’m currently just getting a page that says “Oops!
We ran into an issue while authenticating you. If this issue persists, please contact us through our help center at” (screenshot below).

I have tried using incognito mode as well, but run into the same issue.

I also went to and could not figure out how to access the team.

The bot options don’t cover my case, and I don’t know how to “Ask for the team if needed” (pressing “E” didn’t do anything).

Any help would be appreciated.

How should I handle this in the future?
If I can’t log in, it seems unlikely that I’d be able to post here (since posting would likely require logging in here, and I’m pretty sure it’s the same authentication system). And similar to this, I could not figure out how to request the team. (The closest I got was after I sent the email I found I could do “Payments and Billing” >> “Other” >> “Other” which finally opened a text box.)

So, how can I contact support when I can’t log in?
