I have paid for the PLUS version and am still getting this error.

  1. I have tried refreshing every time.
  2. I have tried changing browsers(chrome, Edge, and Opera).
  3. I even tried changing my OS (from Windows 11 to Linux). A fresh install of Linux (Pop OS) and still the same problem
  4. Cleared history, cache, and cookies still the same.
  5. Reset my WiFi router.
  6. Changed to a different network
  7. Tried with and without a VPN

I have had this issue for about a week.

Please if anyone knows solution to the problem.

I don’t think it’s a VPN issue. I’ve already tried several VPNs and encountered the same problem. Firefox browser seems to work better.

I have tried to put in my phone number over and over but to no avail why.

I am getting the same issue, I have tried Chrome and Firefox, and still have the same issue firefox seems slightly better. I flagged to my IT team and said could they check that the VPN is not causing the issues and they seem to think its something else. Any help , I have tried everything.

I keep getting the same error message, even after I refresh my browser. - Restating the same question to it afterwards in a new session stated a new, added answer. It always happens with the third response with both sessions.

This error message has occurred for me ever since Mid-March. I have not been able to use ChatGPT since then. My friends are able to use it on the same network as I am and I have no clue as to what’s causing this issue. I’ve cleared the cache, and the cookies related to openai. I’ve tried using ChatGPT on Microsoft Edge, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome. Chrome is my default browser and it still refuses to work. Does anyone have any possible fixes or anything? I simply deleted previous chats I no longer needed and then it started working again.

Deleting chats didn’t work for me, neither did using different browsers…
