I have paid for the PLUS version and am still getting this error.
- I have tried refreshing every time.
- I have tried changing browsers(chrome, Edge, and Opera).
- I even tried changing my OS (from Windows 11 to Linux). A fresh install of Linux (Pop OS) and still the same problem
- Cleared history, cache, and cookies still the same.
- Reset my WiFi router.
- Changed to a different network
- Tried with and without a VPN
I have had this issue for about a week.
Please if anyone knows solution to the problem.

I don’t think it’s a VPN issue. I’ve already tried several VPNs and encountered the same problem. Firefox browser seems to work better.
I have tried to put in my phone number over and over but to no avail why.
I am getting the same issue, I have tried Chrome and Firefox, and still have the same issue firefox seems slightly better. I flagged to my IT team and said could they check that the VPN is not causing the issues and they seem to think its something else. Any help , I have tried everything.

On Windows 10, from behind a corporate proxy as a Plus member, I constantly get this annoying error message. Tested with Chrome and Firefox. Please, fix the issue asap! The service I’ m paying for is barely usable this way.
I keep getting the same error message, even after I refresh my browser. - Restating the same question to it afterwards in a new session stated a new, added answer. It always happens with the third response with both sessions.
This error message has occurred for me ever since Mid-March. I have not been able to use ChatGPT since then. I HAVE MANAGED TO FIX MINE.
I simply deleted previous chats I no longer needed and then it started working again.
Deleting chats didn’t work for me, neither did using different browsers…
for me neither, i cant use the chat, not even in my phone, i try alot of diferents things…
Solved partly: The installation and use of the Firefox browser did the trick…
