Community Ambassadors for personalized assistance (QUESTION)

Hello,
This will be very brief. Im wondering if anyone knows of said “Community Ambassadors for personalized assistance”?

I was getting support from OpenAI support team and this is what they said:

”We’ve reviewed the details you’ve provided and it seems like there might be an issue with your code. Whether you’re a beginner or looking to tackle advanced challenges, you can book a chat with one of our Community Ambassadors for personalized assistance. They are highly experienced in coding and dedicated to helping you with your specific needs.”

I clicked the link and i was unable to find this, seems like the link goes to a page that no longer exists. Anyone know if there is a way i can get some coding help with the “Community Ambassadors” or know a platform that has experienced OpenAI developers to hire per hour to teach me and help out?

That program still exists? Surprising, it’s been a thing since mid 2021 iirc

@un1crom sorry to bother, but I recall you were (or still are) an ambassador, is this still ongoing and if so has the URL changed?

They’ve appeared here in this topic some time ago.

The current site is https://platform.openai.com/ambassadors

Apparently you can still try to book a schedule with them.

If that link was working for you a week ago, the lurkers took it down.

Now just fix “support” being a bot that sends “beta” links…
