Exporting one’s data does not work from either the ChatGPT Settings route (Settings => Data controls => Export data), nor via the privacy.openai.com request route.
There was a lengthy discussion topic on this already, but it was closed and I couldn’t find a way to reopen it so I had to make a new one.
In my case, I tried via the Settings route about six times last week. Every time it gave the green “Successfully exported” or what have you, but of course no e-mails arrived.
I tried making a request via the privacy.openai.com site for the same thing, but it has been pending since last week.
I also tried submitting a support ticket but from what I gather, it doesn’t exactly have the best turn around time.
Does anyone have any insight into this (seemingly reoccurring) problem?
