Chatgpt does not load when I am logged in

Same problem for me. Page won’t load in Chrome. Can’t even empty cache and hard reload. Works incognito as long as I’m not logged in.

Having the same issue for several days now. This is pretty bad, especially as a paying customer. Any response from ChatGPT support?

Same problem here for the last 3 days. Sometimes it will start working again randomly, and then a bit later it will stop working again with the chrome tab spinning endlessly. Looking at the Chrome developer tools, there’s no error in the console, and it doesn’t look like any traffic is even going over the network. It’s like it fails to start loading.

When I log in from a diff browser session it works again for the first login, but if I refresh the page it never loads.

Anyone know how to log out of the session?

For me, it was fixed until yesterday and now it’s broken again…

Exactly, same mine but i thought i was only me struggling. I came to know about it when i came to this community. God knows what the devs are doing. i have to do my work. The site wont load with login in web browsers else app works fine. Please devs get it fixed as soon as possible.

Same problem. Doesn’t work in Opera and Edge. Although the Android app works. It’s amazing how one of the most advanced technology companies can’t get a simple web interface to work properly.

Having this same problem as everyone else and have been since last week. I left it spinning one day and came back to it the next and it had logged in, not sure what is happening.

Same issue here, since last week, deleting cookies seemed to work but right now not event with that.

Login via google account.
Tried on edge aswell with same result.

Same issue across all browsers, unless they are in incognito mode.
Also have friends and colleagues experiencing the same issue.

Is everyone here using Google Authentication? What the common denominator?

This is 5 days now. I’m switching to Claude.

I’m hoping to be able login in the near future in order to cancel my subscription. Hopefully I won’t have to cancel my credit card.

I experienced the same issue as a paying customer. I unsubscribed, and it seemed to work fine for two days. However, today, I find myself facing the same problem.

I’m using Google to sign in, and when I tried to log in using email, it didn’t work either.

 chat.openai.com - Doesnt work!

Find the email when you subscribed to ChatGpt (Subject: ChatGPT - Your new plan) → Click on the link “Manage your Subscription.” It will redirect to a page pay. openai. com → Cancel

same problem. I tried multiple different browsers, so it is not an extension issue. cleared my cache, browser data. nothing is working. the mobile app is working, and according to the website ChatGPT is not down. giving it 24 hrs before I cancel my subscription… this has been going on for days now

I’m having the same issue. Page works fine if I’m not logged in, otherwise the page hangs and never loads if I’m logged in.

This happens in two different browsers and also on my phone browser, on my mobile data - so it’s not my browser, it’s not my computer, and it’s not my home internet.

I’m convinced this is a serverside issue, and OpenAI needs to look into this and figure out what’s going on.

I’ve been having the same issue for several days now, if I try using the free version (without logging in) it works fine and I managed to log in with an Incognito window and it seems to be working fine with access to my paid account and all of my conversations. Any update from OpenAI as to what the issue is?
