Hi! The same problem. I’ve tried from different browsers. Still can not access the settings of GPTs
I’ve the same problem. I’ve tried from different browsers
My GPTs are returning the error message “Oops, an error occurred!” .
I have rebooted. I have rolled back Chrome.
I have tried on OSX, Windows and various different devices.
I have cleared the cache.
I have reset the password.
It is clearly a login specific problem. I have reported to “help”. Generic responses. I posted on OpenAIs facebook page, automatically removed.
… why should I continue to pay for this.
It does not work and no-one at Open AI is responding.
I am losing faith in OpenAI.
Very sad.
Same here. Very annoying.
Ended up hiding all but four gpts
Mine hasn’t worked for days but I can see all mine from my phone.
Did anyone manage to solve the problem? Apparently this is only on Windows systems
Only way I can work around is use apple app it still has drop down… Browser only shows 5 and no dropdown
Apple App still works
Browser don’t have it .
I am experiencing the same issue on Windows with Chrome
Some problem on Mac Chrome and Safari.
Are you guys on Teams accounts? Started for me the same day it asked about merging my two profiles. Wondering if that’s related.
Dropdown still shows on my iPhone. No GPT’s show at all in my Mac OS app.
Same issue here. Has anyone reached out to help.openai.com?
I was trying to find an answer on Reddit but decided to Google search, and here I am. I can confirm I’m also having the issue only on Windows. On the iPhone app for ChatGPT, I can still access all of my custom GPTs that I’ve pinned. OpenAI has to address this issue.
I noticed in my MacOS desktop app the custom GPTs were moved to the model dropdown selector in the actual chat box. So at least they’re accessible on one desktop interface again.
Maybe they are transitioning the web UX to do the same and it’s stuck in purgatory right now.
Yep, same here. However, on the Windows Desktop app, back working OK…
I have the same issue. Oddly enough when I go to search for GPTs, and type in my own name, I see them listed no different than if they were published custom GPTs (i.e. GPTs that are sharable). I really hope that the bug causing this isn’t exposing our custom GPTs to everyone else.
I reached out to support but haven’t yet received a response. I think this is a pretty legit bug and I’ve tried just about every workaround you can imagine (clear cache, different computers, even a brand new computer). It’s the same experience everywhere.

At that point I can actually use one of my custom GPTs but it doesn’t show up in MyGPTs so that I can edit them.
