I have apple subscription but it doesn’t give me my name option in a custom gpt. It only gives me community builder. This is so frustrating. How do I fix that?

This would explain it. I am trying to link up a very old website through Weebly which is probably the issue.
I just addedcredit card information and booked 10$ credit but still no name shown in the menu to complete the builder profile
To be “public” you’ll need a web domain to which users can be linked, where you should also have policies and disclosures about data retention if you use actions.
Having a pre-paid API account lets you use the OpenAI API services that are billed by amount of data use. It doesn’t impart anything onto ChatGPT.

I have a verified website and it still will not let me toggle on the switch. It shows my name. Even if I toggle off my name it will not let me turn on the verified website. do you have any suggestions?
Is it the same TXT key for everyone or is it unique for each person. I’ve tried to input the TXT into my domain but chat gpt doesn’t tell me what it is
Ok, I verified the domain, but I still can’t make GPTs public, or change the name from community builder. This is aggravating, and I hope they get this sorted soon, but is there anything I’m missing on my end???
I am having the same issue. I got the domain verified but can’t manage to change it from “Anyone with a link” to “Everyone”. Every time I do, it reverts back and I get an “Error saving GPT” message.
In looking at the console log it give me a “500 (Internal Server Error)”.
If your builder profile is on and happy, showing “By yourdotcom.com” - then ability to publish may be down to the automated checking of contents like brands and trademarks.
Try to publish a unaffected “answers science questions” GPT to everyone.
With an error, you may need to do a hard browser refresh to get the latest browser client code - or retry on surely a busy GPT day.
I can’t get it to say anything other than community builder, there isn’t even an option to change that showing up for me 
After verifying a domain successfully, back in the builder profile, you must select the domain and select the “on” toggle. The builder profile screen will then show the new appearance.
BTW, to make a demo of screenshots, I did a complete clear and revalidation of my domain. Working.
Finally I was able to get the website toggle to work and this fixed the issue!

Yes, I posted a similar issue and someone resolved it for me. You can look for my post but the tldr is delete your website listing and re-verify with a new Key. That fixed my issue
I have the same issue. Subscribed to GPT Plus in iOS and cannot publish GPT to Everyone
I was able to publish to the public until this morning. I have a verified domain. I still cannot change my builder profile picture. However, I can toggle my domain on. My bots are suddenly unable to be published to the public. Does anyone know why? There is nothing I can do to change the builder profile. All my domain/name info is verified. It seems to be a bug.

I was able to add the text chain to my site (squarespace) but then it expired before my site updated the DNS – so it says: Your domain could not be verified: Domain " xyz "has an expired verification token. Please delete it and try again.
How long will the text chain work, before it expires?
Have you made your website public? My gpt only let me make it available to everyone once my domain name was verified by DNS, or if I had a name from billing on my profile.
