Billing wont load, yields error

I just signed up for a new account using a google login, and now getting ‘Failed to fetch subscription for organization” error, even after funding the account.

This is a CORS failure.

This URL is making a delayed “options” request, and is blocked “this connection is not secure”.
OPTIONS https://api.openai.com/dashboard/billing/subscription

Others, also “Response body is not available to scripts” (CORS Missing Allow Origin)
https://api.openai.com/dashboard/billing/usage

Same issue here. Still charged my credit card to replenish the account about 15 minutes ago. But I cannot run my projects.

Same in my end on the production, super annoying.

I’ve been experiencing the same thing for about 40 minutes now; I wanted to work with my graphics department, but then it suddenly stopped working and we were asked to set up the payment method, but the page won’t open.

Is there anyone from OpenAI who monitors the Forum for critical issues like this? I posted an @ mention on LinkedIn to OpenAI with a link to this thread.

Same here! I don’t use Google login, so the problem seems to be anything in OpenAI.

this credit card flow must’ve been vibe coded - I am still seeing this issue

We’re experiencing the same issue; it began roughly an hour ago with timeouts on the Assistants API, and we’re also seeing errors trying to access the Billing page.

i do not think i’ve worked a single day without experiencing an outage with the openAI agent builder yet. I really hope this becomes more stable or I need to start leveraging a different tool.

I have the same issue too. Im unable to access billing to setup the payment ( which is odd as the payment has already been setup) and every time I logout and login, i get the "failed to load subscription for selected organization “ error.

(I logged in through the microsoft login)

Having the same issue here - API doesn’t respond and getting the “Failed to load subscription” error on the billing page.

Status page says all systems operational. The AI support bot doesn’t help, and provides no access to human support.

Expensive service to not have ANY access to information but to complain amongst ourselves.

I have credits to use, but get this immediately when I open playground. Developer platform overall was being glitchy overall yesterday and earlier today

–> newly created and saved prompts not showing up in array. getting blank screen after pressing optimize and losing. saved prompts loading as “new prompt” with variables not saved. And other things that have made it a nightmare over the past day or so.

Totally agree with other posters about seeking alternatives, consistent ease of use seems to be rare.

Why they not update the OpenAI status page?

New user and this is what I am seeing. I thought I was doing something wrong. The billing page is blank. it wont even load to give me the option to add payment info.

Same issue, what is going on? Any update?
