agent builder interface says to add credits to run my next task, and the GO TO BILLING link errors out. Can’t see any billing information. Happy to add credits, pay, whatever, but need to access those screens. Do you want people using this? error is “FAILED TO LOAD SUBSCRIPTION” and won’t load the payment page.

they need better caliber programmers. I own a dev company and we use TEST SERVERS… imagine that….

I am experiencing the same issue. I have seen three comments about this problem in the last few minutes, so I am wondering if it might be an OpenAI related issue.

Same problem here, as of today.
We get this when viewing our Billing screen:
And when viewing our Limits screen we get: “You must be on a paid plan to set project spending limits” despite having a paid account, used extensively for many years.
This makes it impossible for us to fund or use our account.

I am having the same issue. I had to block my credit card. I wanted to add a new payment method but it is not possible. I guess the issue is related to having a due amout, but no active payment method.

Same issue with me also. Doesnt even allow to check the billing details or edit.
Same problem here. Happens when I sign in through gmail or using email and password.
Can confirm, that’s our situation: want to charge up with extra funds, but can’t.

Yup, looks like there is an issue with OpenAi. They keep making things more beautiful!
