I’d appreciate it if anyone had any tips regarding the following situation:
I hit my pre-set limit of a certain dollar amount so my assistants stopped working, I hopped on platform, paid for credit to my account and everything looked fine. Half an hour or so later my assistants stop working again so I come back to platform but now I keep getting the following message when i click on the ‘Billing’ or ‘Limits’ tabs:
”failed to load subscription for selected organization”
So I can’t even look at the Billing or Limits pages, and my assistants don’t work even though I just paid OpenAI for credits. I even got the confirmation email saying they charged my card.
The timing is the most savage part of this since I’m supposed to deliver a demo today.

It is still actual on the mobile app (Andriod). And if I click on General organization settings, I see new issues:
Could be a hiccup while the fix is being rolled out.
