Bad gateway on premium account logging with with Google Auth O

Trying to sign in on my premium account using the google authentication procedure. But when I log in through Google, I get the following error:

Bad gateway
The web server reported a bad gateway error.

  • Ray ID: long string of numbers and letters
  • Your IP address: IP address number
  • Error reference number: 502
  • Cloudflare Location: city near me

I’m not getting this error when I log in the same way with the free account. That seems to be working although it cannot load conversation history. I couldn’t find anything on this from the community here, but did find a thread on git hub here.

Sent them a message on the help line, but I’ve never heard back from them before, says the agent was active over a week ago. :face_with_monocle:

UPDATE 21-March comment from Open AI staffer, Robbed:

Go to https://help.openai.com/

Open a support ticket using the bottom right chat :mag: in the lower right corner.
Select → ‘Login or Sign up Issues
Then → ‘No
Then → Provide Email and explain Gateway Issue

This method will trigger an internal response to the devs on call, per @logankilpatrick . The more support tickets, the faster we get this handled.

ps. I tried this and the ‘Login or Sign Up Issues’ didn’t show up in the bot, but just keep clicking no, or that your issue isn’t resolved until you get the prompt to send information/a screenshot with your issue.

Same. Signed up for premium yesterday and now can’t access it via my Google SSO. Has anyone figured this out?

Same as well here, definitely making me reconsider premium that anyway way as a limit on messages for GPT4, not liking this one bit.

I have the Gateway issue too. In fact, I thought this was the outage to realize it’s on top of the outage.
