Do any one know how to solve this error?
GPT-3.5 is fine, but GPT-4 has this problem.
I get the same error.
I think the server is not able to use it anymore.

Same here. I just upgraded to access gpt4 maybe that causes the issue. I hope it will be solved quickly.

I am experiencing the same thing, 3.5 is working but not 4 but 4 is working for my colleague! I have tried logging in and out, checked my account (yes, I have paid the bill) but same problem.

Definitely a big bug. I keep getting the same error no matter what the input is on GPT 4. (And I am a paid subscriber.) I hope they get this fixed pretty soon.

I thought only paid subscribers had access to ChatGPT 4 anyway?
I’m getting the same error. I’ve been working with ChatGPT 4 recently with coding and since it’s down right now I tried asking ChatGPT 3 instead…no use at all. ChatGPT 3 is really so far behind.

Yeah the API is working fine for me but that is not GPT 4 anyway, the error is unique to GPT 4.
