What I find most frustrating about this is that the status page for the service has nothing related to this - the least they could do is mention that they are aware of the issue and working on a fix.
Exactly. They can’t just keep getting away with this. Has happened in the past with massive outages
Message to OpenAI: please put a notice that the system/Network is overloaded and that you’re working on the issue. Then we don’t mind waiting. But offering no message is really bad PR. We’ll happily wait for hours or even a day if that’s the case but no information is really not on.

Same issue here. Tried deleting the app and redownloading it and that didn’t do anything.
It was working fine this morning and suddenly stopped, I tried all the solutions and delete the app, restart the iPhone with no luck… my friend and i connected to the same wifi and the voice chat is working fine with him but not with me .
My friend using the same network the voice chat is working in his device flawlessly
The worst part is… nobody from open ao speaking about the problem. I am in Brazil and also using the iPhone 13 Pro. Same thing. Even when connecting to VPNs.
No, other users are still be able to use it in the same network
