Hi i am user plus. i installed gpt chat on iphone 13 pro but voice chat doesn’t work for me.
I can send voice messages but the actual chat doesn’t come out. not even the headset icon.
I tried to install it on an old iphone xs and it works perfectly.
how can i fix it?

I’m having the same issue on my iPhone 13. I do not have another phone to log in on. I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled several times. I am a ChatGPT Plus subscriber through the App Store.
Same here on my iPhone 13 pro. I do have access to Dall-E but no voice chat.
I have this problem as of a nov 6 or so on my 13 mini, it’s definitely not working / a bug. I hit the voice as I used to last week, and it won’t load voice. I get this error. Then I select continue with default model and nothing happens.
I uninstalled and reinstalled the app just now but no luck. Too bad, hope it’s fixed soon, the voice stuff has been my daily morning coach for a few weeks now!
Edit: status shows a major outage right now so mine may be an unrelated issue.
