ChatGPT 4o Plus not working on IPhone

. Whenever I created a message on iPhone ChatGPT Plus, the following message came up: “There has been an issue processing your request. Please try again later.” It hasn’t changed at all in the past 7-10 days on my iPhone but continues to work perfectly on my iPad. I’ve done everything to try to correct it. Could it be due to an iOS iPhone update from 18.2.1 to 18.3 which occurred at about the same time my problem began. Help anyone!

Hi @ecksjohn1 ! I have an iPhone with 18.3 running and ChatGPT app (I have a Plus subscription) works fine for me. Have you tried signing out and in again, re-starting the app, and finally re-installing it?

I tried it on a iPad 9 iPad 2m and a iPhone 16 all running newest 18. It works on my end too. You may need to uninstall app then clear cach log into the web version archive your chats then reinstall the app and log into it. Archive in app and browser can get out of sync and prevent log in.

Thank you. I did all 3 and no success. I’ll try again and see what happens. Frustrating that an old 82 yo man like me can’t talk to a real live breathing human being from OpenAI to help me troubleshoot this issue. I really appreciate your reply though.

I am very disappointed with support.openai team. The only responses I get from different members of the “team” are “apologies for delayed responses,” knowing that I am “ frustrated,” and that their goal is to “provide seamless service” to all customers. No one ever addressed or mentioned my problem which I repeated numerous times. I think the response I’ve received numerous times is a canned response and makes be believe I’m never dealing with a human being but rather a bot with human names including Micah, Niz and Kathleen. Any further recommendations from you are welcomed and appreciated…
