I have lost access to my account last week. I get :

You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated. If you believe this was an error, please contact us through our help center at help.openai.com.

I’ve been paying for my subscription for like 8 month and suddenly it won’t let me log in. Customer service ignores me. They only replied once that my account was suspicious??? I feel like I’m victim of a scam, paying for a service that I’m not receiving. I intended to use their API for my business but I now realise that it could be down for weeks and I would have no way to get support, that’s scary. I’m now looking for alternative to OpenAI services.

I don’t understand why this problem has suddenly appeared.
My account is suddenly unavailable, shows the message “You do not have an account because it has been deleted or deactivated” Please find out what the reason is and how to restore it, thank you very much.

I have same problem and I dont have an idea why. Can you please fix this problem to my account.
