I got the same issue.
But due to my own haste I accidently deleted my account myself. I can’t sign up with the same email address either. Apparently this is because of this policy that prevents you from reusing the same email adress after account deletion.
For some reason I can still write stuff here.
My real question is: Why can you not sign up with the same email again after you deleted your account?
Also: If someone of the administrators of this site see this post, can you please unlock my account?
2023-07-05: I still have not received any form of reply by OpenAI. Does anyone of them even look here? I want my account to be restored!
