Other people complained about this but OpenAI CS doesn’t seem to be able to help even..
Persona side verification worked fine. Success page. Not updated OpenAI side. Submitted request to OpenAI via support@ – very detailed request with all of the required info
I get a response back saying I should ‘try again’ even though I explained how trying again gets ‘session expired’ even when I press the recycle link button.
What should I do?? Does anyone have any tips?
I am facing the same problem–verification was successful but the preview button is still greyed out in the builder–and I can’t find a way to contact support for this.
I emailed support@openai.com and beg them to help me. I gave them screenshots of the success, the return URL that was in my browser, screenshots of how it was saying session expired, their JSON response for their API saying that the process was started, JSON response from when I pressed regenerate and it was giving me a 400 error
And basically had like 10 emails back back-and-forth and eventually they help me. They were actually really good at the end and it got fixed in one day, but it took a lot of persistence on my part.
