Maybe using the web address works, try:
https://platform.openai.com/settings/profile/user
You can’t change the password in the UI, you have to log out or use a private browser window, and then go to the login page, enter your email addy, and click “Forgot password?”
This has been the case since I created my OpenAI account over two years ago. You also can’t change your phone number and email addy.
