Where to change password? I can delete my account but option to change password is missing…

The only way exposed to change an email/password combination as your OpenAI login method is to log out of your account (or use a different web browser or private window), and then:
- Go to https://platform.openai.com/login?launch
- (alternately the openai homepage, and “login”)
- Enter email address, and press continue
- at Enter your Password, look for the link “Forgot Password?”
- click, and enter your email address
- then, “we will send you instructions to reset your password.”
This doesn’t work. I never receive the password reset email.

Are you sure that you use the correct email address when prompting a password reset? Normally, the password reset email is sent instantly. You may also want to check your junk folder.
