Not seeing an upgrade. Currently stuck at Tier 1, despite it being 7 days since my first successful payment.

This is a really annoying bug, and we are currently directing all inquiries about the upgrade not working to this topic to support support.
Fortunately, there arenāt too many reports at the moment. Hopefully, this topic can be resolved and closed for good soon.
Contacting help.openai.com is also a good way to get help.

I am also still on the Free plan after having paid for the Plus plan! Can someone help me fix that?

The āPlusā plan by name, a $20/mo subscription to ChatGPT Plus, is unconnected to the API. The API requires credit prepurchase for usage.
If youāve added a payment method and purchased API credits, now showing as a balance, and waited up to a day for them to take initial effect, then:
- You need to click the button one lower at the bottom left of the platform.openai.com site.
While this buggy tier problem continues despite being āfixedā, forum members are not account specialists for affecting individual organization fixes.

I met requirements for Tier 3 and still stuck in Tier 1.And I reported this issue on September 1st, but so far no one from the support team has resolved it for me via email.
I am in urgent need of a higher tier to advance my research. Can you help me solve this problem?

Iām also stuck in Tier 1 while I met all the criteria to be in tier 2. Could someone look into that? Now some of my tools wonāt allow me to set up API linksā¦

You donāt get an upgrade just because time has passed.
The recalculation of tier is done when a new payment for credit purchase has all the qualifying conditions and is submittedā¦
Iām Still on Free tierā¦ I deposited 5 dollars on August 22.
Maybe i should try cloude? 
I meant that I have spent $50 more than a week ago in credits, and all the conditions were met, but Iām still at Tier 1.

Update: Itās been 7 more days and Iām still stuck at Tier 1 when I should be Tier 3
I need a higher Tier to complete my taskā¦ and I have $100 USD stuck in this account that I canāt use at all
