In my case, I was already in tier 1 and returned to Free.
Hello community!
This issue was rezolved for me. I contacted support last week and told them my problem, left my email address in and forgot about it. They just replied today saying I’ve been bumped up to Tier 1.
I can only suggest you guys trying the same. Good luck!
