I have spent > 5$ two days ago, contacted support (no answer yet), spent more now to get my current balance > 5$ and I am still not upgraded to tier 1 (which I need for RPM and RPD and anyone should have who uses the API, because 5$ is the minimum). Have I missed something?

I’m also stuck in Tier 1 while I met all the criteria to be in tier 2. Could someone look into that? Now some of my tools won’t allow me to set up API links…

I meant that I have spent $50 more than a week ago in credits, and all the conditions were met, but I’m still at Tier 1. I still haven’t been upgraded to Tier 2

Update: It’s been 7 more days and I’m still stuck at Tier 1 when I should be Tier 3 I need a higher Tier to complete my task… and I have $100 USD stuck in this account that I can’t use at all

You don’t get an upgrade just because time has passed.

The recalculation of tier is done when a new payment for credit purchase has all the qualifying conditions and is submitted…
