If your device is rooted using magisk
Go to browser and search play integrity fix.
Install the module using magisk.
Reboot.
And it is working after rebooting.
hey. i had this problem too for quite a while. clearing the cache of the chatgpt app worked for me. try it, if it works, then its good. for samsung: settings → apps → Chat GPT → storage → clear cache. if clearing cache wont help, try wiping the apps data. the buttons next to the clear cache button.
Hello guys, I found the solution. The solution is to first delete GBT chat, then go to Applications, then Play Store, then clear the data and temporary storage memory, then enter the Store and go to Settings, then a glimpse of the Play Store, then check for updates, then update the Store, then update the Google Services application. Play and then download GBT Chat again and it will work
I have the same issue on iOS.
- Uninstall Chatgpt
- laystore → uninstall updates
- Install chatgpt

Hi guys, there is a new problem in the app, here’s what I get after opening it:
My phone is Redmi 9T I have a custom ROM and it’s rooted (APatch root), I tried all the above solution but none of them worked for me, I have playintegrityfix module but same problem, I had magisk before and someone told me that he fixed the problem by removing magisk and installing APatch, but even after doing that I get the same problem.
If anyone has solution please help .
