Been stuck on the verify your organization field for days. Does anyone from open ai actually care? I’m tier 5 user and have spent thousands.
The persona link says session expired.
Please provide us a fix. Time is of the essence.

Same situation here. That was a very poor business decision, and it caused us to lose money despite having been a Tier 5 partner for so long.

I had the same issue. I’ve invited my wife as an Admin, and she was able to verify the organization with her ID. Hope this helps!

@OpenAI_Support yall have a serious issue here. you cant refresh tokens to attempt verifications once they fail. ive now tried twice (trying the above approach with myself using a different email address) and i am providing everything necessary and it keeps failing to verify my identity.
im trying to use the reinforcement fine tuning and im effectively blocked out of using this as a paying customer.

This didn’t work for me.
I added another account to the org as an admin, and used a new persona link.
while the link works, the verification failed. Tried 3 times.
this a joke.
