Dear OpenAI Support Team,
My ChatGPT account got terminated. I used ChatGPT for over a year for personal research, writing novels, screenplays, etc. Over the year I got 2 warning emails so I tried to respect the policy as best as I could but an error occurred where ChatGPT recognized my chat as inappropriate content again and considered it a violation of the Terms of Use. I got an email saying my account was terminated because I violated the rules. But strictly speaking, it was not intentional but my carelessness and ChatGPT’s error. I’ve sent emails to support@openai.com and the help section as well for a month but no answer. I have some important information on the account that I need to retrieve. I’ll even pay if I have to. Please someone help me reactivate my account
