OpenAI - Access Terminated

Today I was informed that the account was stopped from accessing, I think it is a mistake, please help me restore the account as soon as possible, thank you

Hi @muzhi,
Did you end up resolving this issue? This happened to me yesterday as well and i’ve been given no reason on which policy i have violated :slight_smile:
This is so unfair… I really don’t know what I have done wrong. I am not an expert developer in this, and as a matter of fact, till date I have not used APIs at all because there was an Outage on Wednesday, and suddenly without doing anything my access was terminated. I hope this is a mistake.

I had the same problem today but don’t know the reason. Have you solved your problem yet?

My mobile was with my friend for a few days and today i recieved it back just to know that my Openai acount have been halted. What should i do in that case

Hi @muzhi @vinny4 - were any of you able to resolve the issue? I had the same problem and till date my 3 Accounts have been terminated.

The good ol’: I abused the heck out of it, they found out and now I have no account :stuck_out_tongue:

This just happened to me too a few minutes ago - terminated - so strange & shocking - I keep reading the policies to try and understand what on earth I did wrong - I don’t think I did anything wrong - this must be an error - I’ve emailed support but by the looks of previous comments, no responses are provided. How can OpenAI not provide any clarity!!?

I have been trying to contact support for the last 3 weeks to understand why we broke the policies. They never sent me an email and no one has responded to my requests. OpenAI has the worst support of any company I know, they have billions in funding but they cannot take care of their customers.

I just had my access terminate. Why? I have no idea. The emails refers to " * Exploitation, harm, or sexualization of children" however, there has never been anything like that in our account. We have a lot of files (chats) for clients. How can I get this reviewed and my account turned back on?
