I have met both requirements for Usage Tier 3 and yet I’m still at Tier 1. My first payment was on Oct 11 and in total I payed over $100 five days ago. This is quite a problem because I’m developing a service which requires the Realtime API where the Tier 1 limits are extremely aggressive even for a single dev. Am I missing something or do I just need to wait a little longer? Thanks!
Given your timeline, your most recent payment may not have been after the waiting requirements had been met. A new minimum payment should again force evaluation of your payment status against past payment amounts and elapsed time., to elevate tier.
Thanks for the quick response! Unfortunately, I’ve already almost hit the $120 ‘monthly budget’ cap for Tier 1 customers. I’ll give your suggestion a try next month, once OpenAI allows me to purchase another $51 in credits. If someone from OpenAI is reading this, please make it a little easier to send you lots of money.
