I am currently unable to make a payment for the OpenAI API. The system was functioning well until a few days ago, but now I am unable to proceed with the payment.
After entering my credit card details, the OTP screen does not appear or allow me to input the OTP. I have attempted the payment using multiple cards, browsers, and devices (including mobile), but the issue persists.
I have already reached out to help.openai, but I understand it usually takes a few business days to receive a response. This issue is urgent, as I need to refresh my subscription to ensure the smooth operation of our company.
Could you please investigate if there is a bug or provide any assistance to resolve this issue?
same problem cant pay with 3 different Mastercard from canada, check with my bank the see openai try to charge 0$ and ther is no hold, but i buy 25$ of credit not 0$ somthing is wrong
Today, automatic balance replenishment stopped.
I tried to manually replenish the balance. Four cards from different banks were successfully added to the payment methods and when I tried to replenish, “Your card was declined.” on all of them
