I need urgently help. I am using the OpenAI api for an application that is used by hundreds of people. However, the second invoice is not being processed by OpenAi and it states that it failed. However my card works perfectly. I am also not able to update my payment options with other cards (Mastercard / Visa) as it states that it failed to update. I have read on discord that other users are also experiencing similar issues. Can someone help me here or how I can get hold of a support at OpenAI?
I’m also facing the same problems. I have tried many different debit cards of my friends but all failed. I have sent email to OpenAI support center but they only give me some suggestions for trying again, which do not help resolve the issue.
Same here. I have the PLUS for CHAT then time ago i used or my Mastercard or Visa and work. Now all rejected and ONLY for API usage… to recharge… and i don’t know why?
PS: All my two cards work perfectly, i use in fact to enable the OpenIA Pro and MANY other services. The only NOT WORK AT ALL was… OPENIA API KEY.
Please help me, i don’t know the fact are the nation… Italy if i remember correctly WORK as API KEY or not??? Or change??
You are not using a VPN or Proxy to hide your location or behind a school/collage/work, if you are behind the latter, please ask your IT department to unblock OpenAI IP’s
Your Credit Card is with a Bricks and Morter Bank, i.e. a bank you can visit on the high street.
Your CC issuer must allow reoccurring payments.
If this fails you should contact help.openai.com and use the help bot in the bottom right corner (small square icon)
