OpenAI API Invoice Payment Failed

I’ve received an email that OpenAI API Invoice Payment Failed. I tried two payment methods, with a master card and a Visa card respectively. However, neither of them could work.

In the last Month, I payed the Chatgpt plus subscribe successfully with $20. However, with the same card and same information, I can’t pay the API fees.

I have built some applications on the API, and they are very important to me. I am really looking forward to using the OpenAI API normally. Can you provide some help or suggestions? I really appreciate it.strong text

im here with the same problem! I already tried with 3 different cards from 3 different banks, some credit some debit and none of them work. :frowning: Im getting desperate and the support service only repeats that is a bank issue but it is not, because I already called 2 of the banks and they said that not even the intent of the charge was being made, just the verification charges when you upload the card info. Im sure it is a bug in the platform

The tyranny of Open AI , RBI regulations and indian credit and debit card, Just dont seem to be accepted anywhere. Its time we went the China way and just built are own better and bigger GPT
